Pros: Great ingredient profile, decent price
Cons: large amount of iron AST 32x is one of my favorite multivitamins. It is great for the athlete looking for a vitamin that supports his needs more. Regular people need regualy vitamins. As an athlete do you think your body needs more nutrients than joe-schmo the couch potatoe? If you do than Ast 32x probably isnt you. I'm sure your local supermarket will have the right product for you. One thing that concerns me is the high amount of iron. I dont feel like I need to take a supplement with dietary iron. As a male I don't need as much iron as women and i think I get enough of it from whole foods.
Bottom line: Are you an athlete? Do you take a multivitamin for made for an athlete? If you answered no to that last question you should probably switch over to AST 32x. |
