Pros: Incredibly cost-effective! Cons: Watch the blood pressure! At age 37, I had been training for over 14 years naturally. Recently, it had been made very very clear that I had reached my natural genetic potential, because I kept slamming into an unsurmountable plateau. I tried every trick in the book, there was just no growing.
Enter Ergomax LMG. First week at 10mg, then I finished the bottle @ 20mg ED for 26 days. I added 10 lbs of bodyweight while ending up significantly leaner, from 221 to 231. I added 70 lbs to my bench. Yes that's ¾ of a plate on each side. All my exercises significantly increased.
The only downside I can see with this supplement is that myself and some others report significant blood pressure rises using this. You can fix this with proper potassium and celery seed extract supplementation.
Oh one last thing: you need liver protection (NAC/ALA/Milk Thistle) with this! And post-cycle therapy!
Do I recommend it? 4.5 stars.
