Pros: Delicious, same nutrition as Muscle Milk, Much better value
Cons: Sort of expensive, but cheaper then muscle milk
If you were lookin for a cheap alternative to muscle milk, this stuff is right for you. Not as much variety as in flavors, but if you look around, you can get a 5 lbs tub of this for 31$, while you can only find Muscle Milk 2.48lbs tub for 20$. This is a much better value, and it tastes great!
