This product contains three key ingredients.The first is creatine ethyl ester (CEE). This is the fastest and most efficiently absorbed form of creatine available. The onset of the ergogenic effects from CEE is much quicker than with creatine monohydrate (CM). It is also much easier on the stomach, so CEE results in much less bloating and upset than is seen with CM.
The second ingredient is gonna come as a shocker to a lot of the biochem dudes out there. It?s phosphocreatinine (PCn). Yes, the last part of that word is creatinine. Now I know y?all think creatinine is worthless, and by itself it pretty much is, but in its phosphorylated form it?s a whole different animal! PCn has tons of research and it has very potent growth and muscle energy producing properties.
You see, for creatine to provide energy in the cell it must be in its phosphorylated form, which is known as phosphocreatine (PC). However, PC can only be made in the cell itself. You cannot ingest PC because it will just break down into creatine and phosphoric acid. You cannot even inject it because it will not absorb into the cell in that form.
PCn is different however. It survives the digestive tract very well and is absorbed into the muscles in the intact
phosphorylated form. Once in the muscle, its exact function is not clear but it seems to (among other things) increase ATP production, buffer against lactic acid, and spare phosophocreatine and glycogen. The end result is marked resistance to muscular fatigue and increased muscular strength. These results have been well documented not only in animals but in humans as well.
The third ingredient is a rather odd compound not known by many in this country but quite familiar to the Russians. It is known as 6-Methyluracil (6-MU). 6-MU is known as a pyrimidine and pyrimidines serve many functions in the body, one of the most important being synthesis and repair of DNA and RNA. DNA and RNA of course are the most vital components of all cells as they encode and transcribe all the information your cells need to grow and survive.
Now I am not going to get into how 6-MU (it is sometimes also referred to as methacil) works in the body because frankly it is damn complex and I don?t think it has even really been elucidated by scientists yet anyway. In Russia however, it has been used extensively as a nonhormonal anabolic for decades. There is ample research on its ability to increase muscular energy, increase growth of livestock, speed healing of wounds, protect against oxygen deficiency, increase mental acuity, increase liver glycogen, increase hypertrophy of muscle fibers? hell I can go on and on as I have tons of papers on my desk in front of me. But you get the idea.
Just suffice it to say that 6-MU looks to be one of those wonder compounds which seems to work at least in part by supporting an aspect of physiology (DNA/RNA synthesis) that heretofore has been largely neglected.
CEE, PCn and 6-MU together is the ErgoPharm answer to the creatine question. Just go try to find a creatine product with ingredients as impressive as this one. Yeah, other companies may hype a lot of junk up to sound like it?s a big deal, but the science behind this one is rock solid and the results are delivered!
