Ok first off, this product works and works very well. The cost is great and provides a real value. 400 servings for 30 bucks, you can't beat that. Now the cons, you had better get a blender because short of mixng this stuff in hot water it is not going to mix. You will have large clumps through out your mixture. Next up taste, you simply have to try this stuff to realy understand. I have never tasted somthing this bad. It has the bitter bite of a lemon rind mixed with a mettalic chemical flaovr that makes this product almost intolerable. Alot of people like mixing creatines with sugary drink to get the added uptake, well dont do that with this one it will just make the taste worse. I recomend tossing some milk in the blender and mixing the creatine with that. At least the milk will cut the bitterness.
