Cons: costipation- im always pissed off by little things. pricey i started the first day on one pill in the morning and one after my workout (i workout in the morning) i started to feel it instantly. gave me a stomach ache the first few days.
then i started on the two pills and it caused me to not have the urge to eat all the time like i usually do. i felt great on workouts and some days didnt feel it at all
MAIN POINT: its a great supplement- its not a miracle pill like muscletech advertises (all companies boost their products hype in advertisement).. some days you feel it- some days you dont. helps with appetite controll if you dont obbsess about it 24/7
if you take the pill and put your part in (i mean doing the cardio workouts) you'll see good results.. think of this pill as a mile run and not a 100 meter dash.. if you stick with it and work hard it will be very rewarding when your done |
