I've gained alot of muscle using this product. It tastes good and mixes very welll.

I recommend drinking it instantly after mixing because if you don't it starts to taste really bad. Once i mixed it in the morning before going to work and didn't drink it until the afternoon after my workout and it literally tasted like vomit! I couldn't finish it. So now I just mix it at the gym after my workout.

Vanilla tastes much better than chocolate and mixes better too.
