Cons: Anxiety, nasty liquid pills(open one), and high price. I took 2 servings a day for about 2 weeks, maybe a little more, and lost some fat while eating, lifting all day, and hanging out in the summer. I noticed it made me very sweaty, and dehyrdated in the heat.
