Pros: Slow digestion, great for a bedtime snack to fill you up.
Cons: This type of protein takes a liitle bit more shaking and isn't quite as soluble as whey protein.
I enjoy this shake before bed and it really curbs my nighttime hunger. I liked the taste of it, I use the vanilla flavor and mix it with orange juice.
