Pros: Good for muscle building, and doesn't breakdown quickly
Cons: Slight to strong sulfur smell when passing gass
I have been using Egg protein for close to 4 years now in addition to my supplementation of Whey protein. I have found that egg protein is an excellent source of whole protein as well as BCA's.

The taste isn't bad, and is similar to eating cooked egg whites minus all the oil, butter, and other stuff. It doesn't mix well unless you have a shaker or a blender to help break up the clumps.

All in all a good product.
