Pros: Excellent BCAAs concentration

I used to stack this supplement with Storm, a good protein like Twin Lab or EAS, a multi vit and an anti-oxidant. I used to take 2 caps before workout and 2 caps after workout and I've never felt better during workout. Indeed a good supplement to maintain your muscles.
