Pros: NRG, recovery, lean muscle retention
Cons: taste, mixability are AWFUL

BCAA's are an excellent addition to one's supplement regimen for their effects on recovery and lean muscle mass. However, the old school products, such as this one, taste and mix awful. It's like gritty chalk in water. I'd recommend a flavored BCAA powder such as XTend over this. It DOES work, though.
