Pros: Can put you to sleep at high doses. Cheap beyond all known.
Cons: Loss of Sperm Count? As I was making a order, I added this in for only $2, so whats the big deal?

Each pill of this stuff contains 3mg of Melatonin, containg 100 servings.
I used different dosages, and I have severe trouble falling asleep, and it is keeping me back alot, but its too early for the real pills.
I take it 2-3 times a week, on school nights, to help me fall asleep.
I tried different doses:
1 Cap - Nothing
2 Caps - Small Small Effect
3 Caps - Decent Effect
4 Caps - Stronger Effect
This stuff doesnt really put you to sleep, but helps you get drowsy and sleepy much faster when you want to. You can feel it. Usually I listen to music for a few hours before I fall asleep, and this can get me in maybe 30 minutes.
I think this product is decent, especially for its value, but I dont like the possible chances of low sperm count(thought this is from very high doses, I believe 20mg or so), and deeper depression, but so far I feel nothing.
I think its a good product, try it. Seriously, for $2 what do you have to lose?
Its not going to knock you out like Diphenhydramine HCL(the stuff in Tylenol PM and Benedryl), you will notice something. |
