Another product that is a staple in my arsenal of supps.

I mainly use it for the antioxidant effects, but also the nutrient partitioning effects aswell.

I usually take one cap pre cardio, one with lunch and one post workout, sometimes I'll have a fourth cap either with breakfast or dinner depending.

For the price, I think it's a very worthwhile supp.
