Directions: As a dietary supplement, take 2 to 3 capsules 3 times daily. Alternatively, some individuals find it a convenience to consume 4 capsules twice daily. For best results, consume 1 serving 30 to 60 minutes prior to training, and space the other 1 to 2 servings out evenly through the day. On non-training days, consume 1 serving in the morning and space the other 1 to 2 servings out evenly throughout the day. It is recommended that each dose be taken on an empty stomach approximately 30 minutes prior to a meal or exercise.
