Directions: Take 1 softgel daily for long term supplementaion. Take up to 5 softgels daily for brief loading cycles not to exceed 50 days. Repeat loading cycles only after 50 days of normal supplementation. Use only under the advice of your physician if you are pregnant or nursing, taking prescription medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.
