Pros: taste amazing and easily mixed
Cons: foamy if used with a shaker cup I've only had the fuzzy navel but it didn't have an overpowering taste like some proteins have. Also it mixed very easily with either a spoon or a mixer cup, but with the mixer cup it got a little foamy. |
