I have Tendonitis in my left tricep, and joint pain in knees. I didnt know what to do, so I started taking Ibuprofen 3x daily, but when I went off it, the pain returned(but wasnt as bad).
I took this stuff at about 1.5 spoons, or 3.6 grams a day, and noticed crazy results in 10 days.
When I stretched out my Tricep fully, I feel no pain.
I benched the other day almost pain free - just the thought that stood there.
I think this is a very solid product and plan to continue using it for a long time after. Tendon pain is possibly the worst thing.
I was taking:
GNC Tribex(yeah, whatever lol)
Cissus Quad.
Ibuprofen: 200mg 3x daily
Definatly worked. I am going to keep taking this for as long as I can until hopefully my tendon fully recovers.
