This stuff taste's like grape juice with a bit of sour/tanginess. I drink one packet (1/2 serving) before my work out and then mix the 2nd pack with the my CellMass (Grape Cooler). It drowns out the horrible taste of the CellMass, which is good...so I'll surely miss that part... Yep, I won't be buying this again...just too much money for the same thing in the regular Nitro for way less servines. I'd rather take the extra pills and grape juice than spend all this money.

I feel good when I take it tho, as with most BCAA's. Not a HUGE difference...just, I guess it feels easier to be in the gym and recovery isn't as bad. Makes me wanna be in the gym everyday.
