Pros: Good Multi, Digestive enzymes
Cons: Huge pills While on Animal Pak, I experienced no change in strength, appearence, or energy. There were just a ton of pills and a couple of enormous ones thet were hard to swallow. The only thing I can say that it did help with was digestion. The digestive enzymes like ox bile help with the digestion of your other pills that you take. Without it some of the pills that you take might not even get digested properly and not get full results. Animal Pak makes sure that that doesn't happen. And if you take it in the morning, like I did, I took it around 7:30, you piss it all out by around noon or 12:30. You can tell it's passed through because your piss is dark yellow and it smells like the pills. |
