Pros: strength increase, and intensity increase
Cons: supply to short stuff works great within 3 weeks i went from incline leg pressing 4 sets of 8 with 1080 to pressing 4 sets of 12 to 15 with 1260. military press also increased went from 100 pound dumbell press with sets of 8 to 115 pound dumbells with sets of 8. this stuff gave me great strength and since i ran out of my supply i havent noticed any loss of strength or size its defenity worth taking. i think they recommend this for someone over 25 yrs old and the m-stack for under 25. |
