Cons: none really Really good creatine if looking to gain weight quick and get quick strength gains that don\'t necessarily stick. Took for a month gained about 10 Ibs and strength skyrocketed but i looked fat more than strong so i went off of it and the strength i gained shot right back down to what i was before i took the supplement. The taste is ok, i got the grape one, kinda sour but still ok. If you\'re looking to get big then take this, it just wasn\'t quite what i was looking for so i didn\'t like the supplement very much. |
