smells great. this protien bar has alot of stuff in it. the only problem is i couldnt eat it. it is the worst tasting bar that i have ever had without a doubt. it was so hard i had to put it in the microwave to soften it up a little bit than i couldnt choke it down. that is the first protein bar in my life that i have not been able to finish i couldnt eat half of it i almost made me sick. i expected alot more coming from Xyience i recomend not even trying it.
